Shane is the founder and managing director of All Aussie Engineering. Shane has been a director of the company since incorporation and has been instrumental in the overall growth and strategic direction of the company.
Over the last 17 years, Shane has worked his way up from a trades assistant, to a multi-skilled and extremely reliable tradesman in the construction and mining industries. He has worked on a variety of projects and learnt from first-class tradesmen along the way.
Since 2013, Shane has been working as a trainer and assessor in high-risk industries in mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin. He has a very strong work ethic and enjoys a challenge. Shane prides himself on the reputation that All Aussie Engineering has gained in various mine sites across the Bowen Basin.
Business/Labour Hire Manager
Louise has more than 20 years’ experience in various management roles, more than 5 years’ experience in the maintenance resources industry, and more than 15 years’ experience leading teams to deliver a full range of human resources services.
Her skills include developing and delivering people strategies, learning and development, leadership development, talent management, performance management, diversity, recruitment, and health and well-being.
With the ability to develop strong working relationships, Louise’s flexibility and focus on coaching and advising senior management and executives ensures we have the right HR services to achieve business success.
Jessica joined All Aussie Engineering at its inception in 2005. With more than 19 years of experience in professional office executive assistant positions, and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Jessica skilfully manages all of our office management duties.
Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Jessica. As All Aussie Engineering’s office manager, she is responsible for all office procedures, and uses her organisational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment.
Jessica says she regularly finds herself drawing on her entrepreneurial skills and her education in business and accounting. Prior to joining us, Jessica enjoyed various roles in real estate, accounting and the fitness industry. She says:
